LE LE’S STORY

It started with Le Le.

He changed the way we looked at wellbeing.

THE FIRST QUESTIONS

When everyday problems started raising bigger questions.

Le Le’s skin sensitivities were one of the first things that made us pay closer attention. We began looking more carefully at what he was eating, how his skin responded, his environment and the small changes we noticed from day to day.

What seemed like a simple problem at first gradually led to a bigger question: were we looking at one symptom, or at one part of a much larger picture?

That question changed the way we approached his wellbeing. Instead of focusing only on what was visible, we started paying more attention to how nutrition, routine, environment and everyday care might work together.

Sometimes the first step is simply noticing more.

MOVEMENT

Then mobility became part of the picture.

When Le Le’s patellar luxation became another part of his wellbeing journey, movement could no longer be something we took for granted.

We began looking more closely at how he moved, how confidently he used his body, and how we could support strength and mobility in ways that felt positive and sustainable.

Swimming became an important part of his routine, alongside gentle strengthening, acupuncture and rehabilitation. These experiences helped shape our belief that movement is not simply about exercise. It is about confidence, independence and helping a pet continue to enjoy everyday life.

Movement became care in motion.

LEARNING

The more we learned, the more connected everything became.

Trying to understand Le Le better eventually led Sam back into formal study, beginning with veterinary science and continuing into canine nutrition and canine hydrotherapy.

But the most important change was not simply gaining more knowledge. It was learning to ask better questions.

Instead of looking only at one symptom or one routine, we began paying closer attention to how nutrition, movement, environment, daily habits and emotional wellbeing could influence one another.

The more we learned, the clearer it became that supporting a pet well means looking at the whole picture. Learning changed the questions we asked.

A DIFFERENT WAY OF CARING

From solving problems to supporting the whole dog.

Over time, Le Le taught us that wellbeing is rarely shaped by one decision, one product or one intervention.

It is built through the everyday choices that surround a pet — what they eat, how they move, how their mind is engaged, how comfortably they rest and recover, and how safe and connected they feel.

What began as an effort to understand individual concerns gradually became a different way of caring: paying attention to the whole dog, rather than only the problem in front of us.

That thinking eventually became the foundation of the LeTo’s Wellness Path.

Wellness became less about fixing one thing — and more about supporting everything around it.

NOURISH · MOVE · ENGAGE · RESTORE · CONNECT

LeTo’s did not begin with a product idea.
It began with wanting Le Le to live better.

Le Le remains at the heart of why LeTo’s exists — a reminder to stay curious, keep learning and never stop looking at the whole pet.

His journey taught us that better wellbeing is often built through small, thoughtful choices made consistently over time.

Le Le started the journey. To To helped us see another side of it.
